We do not require online advance payment for orders placed using COD.
If a payment method is not displayed during checkout, it is not available for that transaction.

The order total includes the applicable product prices, discounts, shipping charges and taxes, as displayed during checkout.
Any applicable Cash on Delivery handling fee must be clearly disclosed before the order is placed.

The currency and final amount payable are determined by the information displayed during checkout for the relevant order.
We do not add undisclosed payment processing fees after an order has been placed.

The confirmation includes relevant order details, such as the products ordered, order number and total amount payable.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds cannot always be issued through the original cash payment method.
Where necessary, we will arrange an appropriate alternative refund method with the customer, such as a bank transfer, subject to the customer's agreement and applicable law.
We do not charge a separate refund processing fee.
For eligible EU statutory withdrawals, refunds will be processed within the legally required period, subject to the conditions permitted by applicable consumer law.
